The service was pretty good, although our waiter took a little too long in coming back to our table for a few different things. But, I could see that he was tending to other customers.
Dinner started out with a tasty fresh garlic bread with a plate of decent olive oil. It was a good start, as my man and I were ravenous when we arrived. Then we had the dinner salad for two. It was good with a variety of things on it such as roasted red peppers, tuna, provolone / salami wrap, red onions, cannelli beans, and black olives. I think there could've been more stuff on it, but I don't remember right now. The one issue we had with the salad was that the olives were a bit sad, as they were the typical black olives you can get at any grocery store. We would have preferred fewer, but better olives.
I ordered the what turned out to be huge piece of lasagna; which I ended up having for lunch today because I could only eat a few bites at the restaurant after pigging out on the bread and salad.
My man had a lobster stuffed ravioli with a cream sauce that was darn good.
I leave this restaurant with only one elevated complaint...
My teacup was stained. They should take a bit more time to scrub their mugs. But, really that isn't too big of a deal.
The meal was well prepared, the environment was clean and comfortable while the service was appropriate for the setting.
